This client was unhappy with their dated web content that wasn’t proving effective in generating any excitement for their sales force. The first step for them was to get a short video created for their Home Page that would look appealing, convey a lot of new information in a short time, and get customers to dig deeper into their manufacturing services.
I toured their facility, interviewed several primary employees- in sales, engineering and fabrication- and then spent time educating myself in the finer details of their business and their competitors. I came up with an effective short narrative and took part in the actual filming. I’m sitting just off camera with a script, giving prompts and allowing the company people to put the information into their own words. It’s a conversational method that puts people at ease when there’s a camera and crew staring them only a few feet away.
